CityMD Yonkers-Central Park Avenue Urgent Care - Westchester

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the care and support I received during my visit. I arrived with a fracture and severe bruising in my foot, and the staff immediately assisted me by providing a wheelchair and helping me promptly. They quickly arranged for an X-ray, provided me with a special medical shoe, explained my results, and also gave me a cane to help with walking. I truly appreciate how kind, professional, and efficient everyone was throughout my treatment. As I am Muslim and was fasting at the time, it was close to the time to break my fast, and one of the staff members thoughtfully offered me water so I could break my fast comfortably. This gesture meant a lot to me. I am very grateful for the compassion, respect, and excellent care I received. Thank you all f

My overall experience was good. However, I scheduled my appointment online, and when I arrived at 8:15 pm, I had some difficulty answering the online questionnaires. The attendant on duty helped me but didn't seem to care much because she forgot to sign me in, even though I asked why it was taking so long. In short, I was the last person to be seen, and I had to ask her why I had waited so long. The last person who arrived after me was seen before me, even though I had been there since 8:15 pm. She apologized, saying that I had waited so long because she had forgotten to sign me in. I don't remember her name, but you can find out by checking the working schedule for the March 4, 2026 evening schedule. I wish it were different.

Whenever I come here I am seen in a reasonable amount of time. The medical staff is efficient. However, I really dislike the policy of having to check in electronically. I got fed up of their process (very cumbersome) and asked the front desk to do it, which they did. Why is the consumer responsible for scanning insurance cards, and IDs, this is a job traditionally done by administrative staff. I am not your employee, get it together!

I slipped on ice and twisted my ankle. When Xrayed my ankle was fractured. Dr Abraham made a fiberglass splint them wrapped it and put a walking boot. He also gave me crutches to help me walk. This was FIRST CLASS service that I could not have received at any other WalkIn medical place I highly recommend CityMD

I had a very pleasant experience yesterday with scribe tech TQ. He was caring and knowledgeable. Feeling so under the weather, he made my visit so much better. Thank you TQ for your professionalism and your concern for me. I’ve been to CityMD many times. I always know I can count on them.
