Overall the place is great but I have to take away two stars because of an unbelievable event... I walked in and identified myself as a former CityMD patient and that I would be needing to see a doctor, but I asked please of they could let me use a restroom 🚻 because I had gotten lost and I really really needed to use the restroom because of medical issues. The woman at the desk told me she had to check me in first. I asked about a restroom only 10 feet away and she said it was out of order. Well the few minutes she sat at the computer and typed away seemed like hours. I was I agony dancing around trying desperately not to have an accident. She produced forms for me to fill out first. I asked for the fourth time to use the restroom 🚻 and she said ok. The room right next to me with the "out

From my experience this week the front Desk was professional and friendly. I was able to check in through my phone. The medical assistant was very kind. Good beside manners. I was given the chance to voice my concerns during my appoint and the doctor was helpful and listened to my concerns. I will say, that wait time was a bit long. However, they do seem to be busy so, I didn't really mind. Do recommend.

The doctors are very caring and patience. My daughter and I have moved in the area almost a year ago and have been attending the urgent care location ever since. Upon arrival the staffs are kind and welcoming.
