CityMD Woodbridge Urgent Care - New Jersey

I have had to come to this location 3 times this week as we are out of town visiting family and have a sick toddler. The facility is clean, wait time is short, front desk is friendly, and the techs, PAs, and doctors were amazing. Each treated us with kindness and were able to quickly diagnose my child and offer immediate help. This is such a relief as we are further away from our pediatrician but comforted knowing we have a compentent and friendly provider nearby.

I brought my 83yo mother here for nosebleeds. I was shocked how little waiting there was. The front desk staff so friendly and helpful. She saw Dr. Kamalakar Vanan and he answered all of our questions. He was patient and had a calm pleasant bedside manner. He went along with her little jokes which helps her trust him. He cauterized her nasal passages. Had us wait to be sure the bleeding stops before sending her home. It worked. The nurse was also on point 👍🏼. If my family needs Urgent Care, we will come here.

I really wanted to give 5 stars because Dr. Vanam was great, he was very patient and listened to me thoroughly, and the Scribe Omar was very professional and polite. However, the front desk ladies, Richelle and Jade, seemed annoyed when I came in, possibly because it was around 7:20 pm (and they close at 8:00 pm), or maybe they were annoyed that I interrupted their “peace” since there were no other patients there at that time. Richelle was just curt/rude, and Jade just seemed dismissive. Either way, their initial reception was off putting. But, fast forward 30 minutes later when I’m leaving and now one of the doctors is up front and the two ladies were laughing and smiling, they said good night and thank you.I was in shock and thought wow, what a complete change from when I came. Maybe the

First and last time going today. Ms doctor was unfriendly and uncaring. She took one glance at my swollen nostril and told me she didn't see anything. No remedy, no advice. What a waste of time and copay. I will never step one foot in that clinic again. Done. The 2 points is for the eat and n cleanliness.

Amazing service, PA Guzman did such a great job explaining and listening to my symptoms and had a great treatment plan. Would definitely recommend and return. Very fast service at the front desk. Friendly staff 10/10.
