CityMD Wayne Urgent Care - New Jersey

It’s really good urgent care I went today for my daughter she had nasal congestion and fever , they did everything they could and she tested positive for flu . Everyone was so nice and helpful. I like the service and the staff were really nice

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Took our daughter on 12/20 because she had a cough and a runny nose. We wanted to get the cough checked for Croup. We had flu tested her that morning and it was negative. They tested her at the office and checked her temperature. She never had a fever and did not at the office. They took the test out of the room but I snook a peek and it appeared negative. 5 minutes later the doctor came barreling in with a speech that our daughter had Flu A. Meanwhile we were shocked because she had been herself completely acting normal, eating normal and no fever. Not flu like. But we accepted it. The next day...same thing. Went there today because my regular doctor didn’t send a refill for her antibiotics that I’m on for six months for Lyme Disease. After they made me wait an hour, the Doctor Who looked like he was 12 years old came in and didn’t even say hi or ask how I was doing. Told me that calling an antibiotics was out of his scope practice and it would be like calling in Psych medications, which is absolutely rude and condescending, provided no help didn’t show any compassion or care. Absolutely horrible office never go there or at least don’t see Dr. Shukla Parth

Ok so at first after reading the reviews I was a little bit worried about going there but I had no choice. The ladies were very sweet and I one I spoke to on the phone the doctor was very cool. I was in and out and everything was cool. Can’t remember the the ladies names but again they were very cool

AVOID!! There was nothing “urgent” about this place except their desire to collect my copay. They left me waiting unattended in a freezing cold room for an hour even though there was only 1 patient ahead of me. Then the horrible doctor comes in for all of 1 minute, claims to listen to my chest with his fingers (no stethoscope), tells the nurse to prescribe a standard cough medicine. Doctor was rude and unhelpful. Left feeling worse than when I walked in. Never again!
