CityMD Syosset Urgent Care - Long Island

Been almost a year, cause a lot came about, but excellent care was given from staff at desk to older doctor who took care of me, he was great, new his business well. I'm planning on going back now, hope doctor still there. Didn't care for X-ray guy too much though.

Dr Morrow and his assistant Lizbeth were wonderful!! Lizbeth was very professional and calming, when I walked in with a bleeding hand laceration. They put me at ease right away as they fixed me up!! They set me up with a hand surgeon appt before I even left his room. I wish, I could have them both for every medical need. Thanks Lizbeth & Dr Morrow!!!

On December 30, my father visited the clinic for evaluation of a skin irritation. The provider who examined him spent less than one minute in the room, offered a rapid diagnosis, and appeared dismissive of his concerns. Most concerning, however, was that the provider failed to send the prescribed medication to the pharmacy. As a healthcare provider myself, I am extremely disappointed with the level of care provided. Since I am currently overseas, I was compelled to arrange a separate telehealth consultation in order to obtain the necessary prescription.

First off no one checks you in anymore they have you scan a QR to check in. I was seen, the doctor didn’t give me a thorough check. I get I came at the end of the day. She probably wanted to be in and out. I felt pain in my ear and had to ask her if my ear was irritated cause she was about to walk out and not say anything. Which was kinda annoying. “Yeah it was kinda red”. I ended up having the flu. Then I had to double check if they had the right pharmacy because the online sign up was giving me issues. Front desk said she updated it. My meds ended up never being sent to the pharmacy. I had to call the after care line. Women was helpful, said that she had to resend it for review and hopefully I can get it by the end of the business day. (They close at 4 and it’s 5:30 on a Saturday. It’s

Came here after a minor work injury. They helped me fill out the forms even though the online paperwork wasn't working. The receptionists, nurse, doctor, and scribe were all very friendly. I came here around 8 AM during the week. I am surprised their hours are so limited for an urgent care but I received quick and kind care. I would recommend this location if you were near it. Facilities were also clean and I felt they operated efficiently.
