CityMD Sayville Urgent Care - Long Island

On March 5, 2025, I visited the CityMD location in Sayville and was seen by PA Nicole Auclair Masone. During my visit, I was informed that a steroid prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. On March 6, 2025, I went to my pharmacy and was told that no prescription had been sent. I then contacted CityMD and was advised to call Aftercare. After speaking with Aftercare, I was told they would contact the clinician and call me back. Approximately one hour later, they returned my call and asked why I needed the steroids. I explained that the medication had already been prescribed during my visit the previous evening. Aftercare informed me they were unable to assist further, so I returned in person to the CityMD Sayville location. I spoke with a staff member named Kim, who told me that because t

Called and explained that I fell on ice and hit my head badly. So wanted to get checked out and asked if they had whatever was needed to check my head and didn't want to waste time going if they didn't have either xrays or cat scan She told me to come in I would not be wasting my time. Well I went but required a cat scan dr said I should go to hospital emergency room.... therfore I wasted my time and money going there and receptionist lied

Awful experience. I went there for severe dehydration and called prior to arriving asking if they administered IV treatment. The receptionist told me yes in fact they did. I paid my exorbitant copay of $100 to be told they do not give IV treatment. It was a complete waste of time and money and I had to go somewhere else to be treated.

My experience at CityMD in Sayville was a good one. I was greeted by a secretary who was friendly and polite and my wait time was pretty short. When I was called in by an assistant they were friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable while asking about my visit and taking my vitals. The Doctor came in shortly after and her caring personality and kindness put me at ease instantly. Dr. Noeth assessed my injury and deemed that x-rays would be needed, however the technician was stuck in traffic and it would be a ten minute wait . She made sure I was comfortable while waiting and the office manager came by five minutes later to check on me and see if I needed anything and to let me know the tech would be there soon.
