CityMD Plainview Urgent Care - Long Island

I have been going here for years with my family, but I will never go again. I went in with a slight cough on a Tuesday. I was asked if I wanted to get tested for the known viruses. I said "yes". I was told I was negative and the Dr listened to my lungs, looked down my throat, and said all was clear. I told him I had to fly to TX on Thursday (2 days later) because I am a singer and I have 2 concerts and I needed to make sure nothing was wrong with me. I was given a prescription for Bromphen to help with any cough. Well I flew to TX on Thursday only to wake up Friday with an uncontrollable cough. I was back on the plane Friday night after canceling both my shows. I went to the ER and was diagnosed with RSV and Pneumonia. You tell me how I can recommend this practice to anyone else

Unfortunately they did not help me with my cough and runny nose the medicine their Dr prescribed was all wrong cost about $100.00 to see them and they failed . I just visited them 6 days ago when I called back to see if they could prescribe a medicine this time in stead of Benzonattate Which did not help me The person said anything past 3 days you need to copay again and come in again All they care about is Money! They charge large copays

Place was horrible Dr finally came in. Didnt introduce him self. Was like what’s wrong. I told him. He couldn’t care less. Told him also my ear was clogged. He looked for not even a second said nothing was wrong. Woman up Front cold fish. Will never. Go back that place again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in and was diagnosed with a sinus infection. Doctor who I didn’t get his name was very nice. I was seen promptly. The MA who i think her name was Nicole was very sweet and helpful. I was prescribed meds and was on my way. I would go back to this location again.

AVOID DR SANDEROV. I love the rest of the staff here and have been going for years! However, everytime i have dr sanderov its always not a good experience. Ive seen him several times throughout the years, and he ended up giving me an incorrect steroid dosage for a severe posion ivy reaction which actually caused my body to react worse and make the rash worse. I had to see 2 specalists after due to his mistake. Another time, he treated me for a UTI and didnt give me an antibiotic as he wanted to wait for the culture test to return. I told him this always happens and it ends up being in the culture test. He didnt end up following up with the result, which ended in it spreading to my kidneys as it wasnt followed up and appropriately treated. Now I saw him again, and he scolded me for looking
