Absolutely very efficient I was seen within 10 minutes! Also was there a few years ago and the doctor’s assistant Sarah remembered me! So kind and caring and informative.

The staff at this location are phenomenal. I only waited about 5 minutes before I was seen. The medical assistant was kind, thoughtful, and informative. Dr. Mapley was just as helpful and communicative . It really felt like they went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of at the time of my visit. My prescription was sent in no time, and the office called me back as soon as they received test results. Really great experience for urgent care.

Every time I go here, its as easy as 1,2,3. Quick check-in. No wait to 5 min wait. Nurse sees you for 2 mins then the doctor walks in 2 minutes after that and takes care of whatever you need. Like I said. Always quick and stress-free experience here.

i went to this location expressing that i believed i was having an allergic reaction to dove deodorant, but was unsure. i understand the doctors aren’t specialists in every single thing and want to give the “best” answer fast, but burns and allergic reactions look very different from each other. the dr walked in, i had a few seconds to explain, dr looked at my issue for all of 10 seconds, and then said it was an allergic reaction. didn’t ask further questions or elaborate, and i felt there was no room to even speak afterwards. prescribed a steroid cream then walked out… went to a dermatologist and found out it was chemical burns. doctors, take a little more time with your patients and their concerns.

The doctor I had, which I believe was Dr. Zimmerman, was excellent as was the PA who took my vitals. I was experiencing stomach pain. The doctor diagnosed in seconds that it was an umbilical hernia. Showed how to correct the problem and did. He explained how the problem could be permanently fixed and was ready to refer to a surgeon who handles these procedures. Sorry to the people who have had bad experiences. My family has been to this location three times and all were positive experiences.
