Excellent care from start to finish. The front desk and assistants were great. PA Nyeesha Garnett was very thorough, treatment options clearly explained, and she never made me feel rushed. The staff was friendly, the office was organized, and I left feeling much more informed. Highly recommend !

I paid $150 on the day of appointment even after providing insurance details. Later on I received a bill of $212 after the insurance covered some of it. Their billing department did not adjust this $150 against the balance of $212 citing co-pay and other departmental issues. They kept playing round robin sating their department is different from cityMD etc etc The doctors and the staff were nice and I got better the same day. Moral : Don't pay anything on the day of your appointment

Do not go here unless you want to be scammed, I paid a $225 fee for my physical exam and vaccinations for school. Once the doctor came in she said that she can’t to do the physical unless I have a drug test *she read my school forms wrong and not once gave an apology* so she did blood work and a flu shot and said that I have to come back again after the blood work results to get my physical and would have to pay $225 again which is insane because I never received the included physical because she made mistake. If the physical was not complete then the visit should be marked as incomplete as the error was on the doctor herself

I went to this location for my first time yesterday, and I have to say I had a great experience. I was skeptical after seeing some reviews, but I actually had a good experience. The place was clean, and I wait time was not as bad, I was seen right away. I was out within 45 minutes. Bedside manner was also great. So, overall, thrilled.

The worst Urget care charge me $225 check my temperature and blood pressure after I had a major car accident told me there no X-rays to go to rt 22 to go to get X-ray… mind you, I just got into accident I don’t have a car they didn’t provide any transportation I would never go to this Inappropriate staff there need to change there whole entire team and develop better medical attention don’t come here this place a joke do come here at all people I’m telling you , you will have terrible experience I was paying cash so I don’t have insurance they can give a big bill !!
