Nurse Practitioner Manuela R. was absolutely wonderful. She saw me on a crazy day full of sick patients / influenza season and didn’t even seem overwhelmed. She took the time to really listen and thoroughly evaluate my hand and wrist pain and knew my exact diagnosis (under care of ortho) “tenosynovitis.” Her explanation was clear, her treatment was effective, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the visit. I’m very thankful for her expertise and compassion — highly recommend her! Thanks for holding me over until I see ortho.

I am writing this as a deeply concerned sister-in-law regarding the care my family member received at this location earlier this week. This was her second visit. During the first visit on Friday, we expressed that she was not improving. When we returned on Tuesday evening, she was told she was “perfectly fine,” that it was “just viral,” and that it needed to pass. A chest X-ray was performed, yet no additional medication, testing, or escalation of care was provided, and she was sent home. By Wednesday, due to continued and worsening symptoms, she was seen by her primary care physician, who prescribed antibiotics and referred her to a pulmonologist. The pulmonologist identified concerning findings, ordered bloodwork, and directed her to the emergency room, where she was diagnosed with a pu

I presented with multiple medical complaints, including severe cough, persistent runny nose, and significant calf pain. During the visit, I was only evaluated and treated for the cough, which has since improved. However, no treatment, medication, or guidance was provided for my runny nose, which I was left to manage on my own. More concerning, my calf pain was explicitly communicated to the attending staff, yet the physician failed to assess it, ask follow-up questions, recommend diagnostic evaluation, or provide any form of treatment or medical advice. To date, the calf pain remains severe and unresolved. Regardless of any internal miscommunication, the responsibility to ensure complete and appropriate medical care rests with the provider. I was discharged without adequate evaluation o

If I could give 0 star I would give it. I was given antibiotic for UTI where I had symptoms of beginning of kidney infection. I came next day because I was feeling even worse and a huge snow storm is coming. It’s Saturday and everything might be closed until Wednesday. I needed a stronger antibiotic for a Kidney infection not a bladder infection. She supposed to sent me antibiotic which she forgot to. I called so she sent it. Then I pick up and it’s the lowest dose and only for 3 days. After only 3 days of antibiotics you get resistance to it - it’s not enough. I wasted so much time for no help - and in pain. When everything is closed how am I going to get more ? I was seen by NP Manuela Restrepo and I did not like her attitude, lack of compassion and care from the first visit. Her tone wa

I walked in and was greeted by Megan at the desk and she was very helpful and nice and taken to a treatment room by Alanna Felix who checked my vitals before Dr Maurischat came in and carefully and painlessly stiched up my hand. All these professionals could not have treated me any better and made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend this walk in clinic and am very grateful for the care I received
