CityMD Jamaica Urgent Care - Queens

Good day everyone! I had to write this review. First I would like to say that Jamaica City MD staff is amazing from the reception area ( young lady with dreads) where you check in. All the way back where examination is done. My daughter Diamond fell down a flight of stairs and the Doctor & his assistants were so thorough. The assistant with the Dr. I can’t remember her name but she was tall with glasses and wore a wrap on her head she was amazing. I spoke with her briefly about how much I appreciate her thoroughness. I had names written down but lost it. The x-ray tech she was so friendly and caring. The Dr. that cared for my daughter was amazing, he showed empathy and concern. He took his time and explained the condition.We haven’t experienced a Dr. like that in a while. He was not rushin

I went to this facility because I was in much pain. The front desk persons was caring, and helpful. Although it took quite sometime before I was seen by the doctor. I would recommend this facility before you go to an hospital ER.

I’m a fortysomething woman, so it comes with the territory. Last year—when I lived in my home state—I had an abscess drained for the first time in my adult life, and I couldn’t believe there was a chance I’d have to endure this procedure again. By the evening, I was feeling more pain, and the area where the abscess was located seemed more inflamed. So, I got on Google and searched for the nearest Urgent Care provider. City MD came up, and I called to verify their hours. I spoke to Genesis (not sure if I spelled the name correctly, sorry!), who was kind in answering a few of the questions re: hours and insurance. I have been taking my daughter at this location and been here for myself too. I have wonderful experience with everyone and I’m so in love with this place . Excellent care and very kind . Didn’t have to wait long and service is excellent.love the doctors and staff. Very professional. Everyone is very helpful.

Good service and see patient even in last moment. They close at 11pm but seeing patient who arrived by 10.50 pm. I recommend this place
