CityMD Florham Park at Summit Health Hub - New Jersey

What an amazing alternative to the emergency room for low and mid level emergencies. The team was professional, efficient and provided excellent thorough care. They are able to do complex radiology and IV procedures that I’ve never been able to get in a traditional Urgent care center. Additionally, my gastroenterologist, a CityMD SMG provider, now has access to the record of the visit. The staff set up my STAT follow up appointment with a PA at my doctors office.

I was treated with compassion & respect from the moment I entered the building and through the whole process. I felt really ill and the physician who treated me listened carefully, was very thorough and was incredibly respectful when I asked if we could switch the medication to one better suited to my gut biome goals. I would go back to this facility every time. Her treatment regiment is already making a difference and I am improving quickly. Thank you!!

Went to P.A. Makenzie Rayfield and Doctor Gelman and they are great! Very helpful there and super patient. They actually listen to you. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Went downstairs to the lab for blood work the same day and the receptionist at the desk was super thorough and extremely nice!

Unsure why this place has only 3 stars. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, kind, and professional. Came here today to drop off my boyfriend for a surgery. Decided to stay and do some work. They have lots of different waiting rooms, a cafe and conference center. The front desk when you first walk in the main emergency has a kind, bilingual woman at the desk. So far it’s very comfortable waiting, and everyone is very kind and helpful when I asked multiple questions. They also have a vending machine with healthy and not snacks and a drink vending machine in the cafe. The chairs are also pretty comfortable. (Photos are from first floor lobby).

Went to the urgent care today, very clean. Staff was friendly until I got in a cubicle. I came in with tightness I my chest, issues with my throat. Had Covid three weeks ago. Nurse practitioner came in very quickly ordered a chest x-ray EKG bloodwork. Then she came back with the results which were great thank God! I had to ask her to give me a physical exam like look in my throat, ears and take my temperature. She was very dismissive and asked me if I’m on anxiety meds, and told me I should go home and take a Valium. I was very nervous Coming in there for obvious reasons. . As I think they were very quick there, I think her name was. Emily was awful.
