Update: I still am testing positive for Covid and the east Brunswick office wants me to visit again so they can charge me more money. I also called aftercare and they kept of referencing information more than 48 hrs and refused to provide me Covid medication saying go make a new appointment or do telehealth. They clearly want your money and do not care about anyone’s health. Never ever go there. If you value your health and want to get treated never go to this place. Save yourself your money and time. I came last year for a flu shot. I originally paid a copay but then THEY pointed out to ME that due to their policy there is NO copay if you are only there for a flu shot. I went again this year for a flu shot and CHECKED THEIR WEBSITE before going and it said again, as of 2025 if you are only there for a flu shot there is NO copay. Yet, I was asked today for a copay and when I pointed out the policy they said it was changed. Then I called their billing department to confirm and ask why this supposed policy wasn’t changed in their website and then they hung up on me. Don’t waste your time going to a place that doesn’t know all their information. Save your money.

Everyone that works there was so nice, patient and professional. I felt like the drs actually listened to me and tried their best to find a solution. It didn’t feel like I was rushed and just another insurance charge. Would highly recommend this location over any other (especially freehold)

Upcoding For fraudulent Billing. Submitted request for services rendered under Code: 99203. Actual services rendered code: M62.830. Healthcare Provider did not obtain any Hx, no physical, and examination; only vital taken. Pt reported spasms to back, rated 6/10 unrelieved with 'Aleve'; suggested baclofen helped with this discomfort in the past. Healthcare provider prescribed baclofen as suggested by Pt. Healthcare provider time with Pt approximately 15 minutes.

Dr. William Ippolito PA was very unprofessional and not helpful. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I hope it will help others.
