I went here for a set of X Rays and was not expecting actually how efficient and quick the service is. The doctor staff is awesome, particularly Dr. Timothy Kwiatkowski, who was everything plus you’d want from a Dr. For the price I received exactly what I wanted and more. Not sure these other reviews.

Every doctor I have worked with at this urgent care has been great. However, the way they bill seems to border on scammy. I had a short consult with a doctor after hitting my head to make sure through our conversation that there were no signs of concussion (no tests were done), and after my co-pay, they billed me another $100 on top of that for a 5 minute conversation. The next time I went, they sent a Covid and flu test to an out of state and out of network lab who charged $1600 for the results, which resulted in me paying $160. I called to dispute this as this is a simple test which can surely be handled somewhere in New York. The billing dept stated that City MD has you sign a form when you register as a patient that states they can use out of network providers without notifying you bec

This was a stressful visit. My child needed to be seen urgently, and instead of focusing on care, I had to argue about billing. I was charged a $60 copay, then told it “voided,” and they attempted to charge me again. The charge showed on my end and the funds left my account, but I was still being asked to pay again. Even the intake process was unnecessarily combative—staff acted confused that a child doesn’t have a phone number and blamed me for the online form failing. If your system has an error, that should be handled internally — not by pressuring moms to pay twice in urgent situations. Additionally, the admin staff’s attitude when I had to explain this was unacceptable. When I offered proof of the charge, I received curt replies like, “You’re saying you paid, we’ll have to take your

I went to this urgent care because I had a really high fever, body aches, and a sore throat. They tested me for flu and COVID and told me it was just a common cold, so they didn’t prescribe any medication. They basically just gave me a single handout with general advice on what to eat. The next day, my symptoms actually got worse, so I went to another clinic. That’s when I tested positive for Influenza Type A. Honestly, this made me question the care I received at this urgent care. I was already a bit concerned at the time because the nasal swab didn’t seem to go in very deep, and now it feels like the test may not have been done properly.

Pointless online appointments & long wait I scheduled an appointment online for 5:30pm on a Monday, as they strongly recommend. I arrived at 5:15pm, filled out all the forms right away, and by 5:20pm everything was completed. Only then did the front desk tell me I’d still have to wait about one hour to be seen. I asked what the point of scheduling an appointment was if I was going to be seen as a walk-in anyway. The front desk staff even agreed the system is broken. This is not “urgent” care. It’s a complete lack of respect for patients’ time and needs.
