CityMD Cutchogue Urgent Care - Long Island

The support staff is nice but nurse practitioner Morey, who I saw, is condescending with awful bedside manner. She has made me uncomfortable in the past, so I think this is a clinic I will skip in the future.

I recently came here because I split my hand open at the beach it was an hour before closing & the staff was so polite. Everyone at the front desk was sweet & the nurse and PA who helped me were amazing. 10/10 just wanted to leave a review because sometimes these places don’t have the nicest people but this one was amazing!

A wonderful experience. I came with for an eye infection .Didn’t wait long. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Once in the exam room Alexa did all the vitals with friendliness and kindness. The doctor knew exactly what kind of infection and what to prescribe. Very competent. I felt well taken care of. I would return in a heartbeat!

The entire staff were VERY PLEASANT. The facility is immaculate and the service rendered is very thorough. I found that the woman at the front desk is a HUGE asset to everyone who enters the front door, because of her sweet and heart warming personality. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. Lastly, the wait time was very short. Thank you for caring

Definitely 5 stars!! It was unfortunate that I had a small injury and needed attention during our vacation, but it was good to find CityMD.... Just like home. It made everything fast and easy, and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful, and we didn't have a long wait, the Rx was sent to the pharmacy, and we were on our way. Everything was clean and organized, and getting checked and treated and we got back to enjoying our vacation.
