CityMD Brick Urgent Care - New Jersey

Went in today with my boyfriend he has had a sinus infection/post nasal drip for over a week, very concerning mucus etc. Doctor came in, didn’t even introduce himself to get his name. He just asked “what’s going on today” we explained and immediately after says okay do you want this or that. We both were so caught off guard and looked at each-other so confused. My boyfriend asked him well which is better, he goes both are good. We just say okay just give us both. Prescribed the medicine and said our goodbyes. Basically just not satisfied with the fact of not being told or confirmed it’s just a sinus infection. Grateful for the medicine and in and out service, but didn’t want to just get prescribed medicine and go about the day with not a confirmed diagnosis even it is such a common thing.

This Immediate Care office is usually very efficient w friendly staff. This Sat, Dr Rubinstein was very thorough & requested x-rays to evaluate my problem but since X-ray tech was not available arranged for x-rays Sun. & would chart all other info for Dr. covering on Sun. When I returned today w his imaging order for x-rays,I was informed the tech was sick & left. I am disappointed & in pain! How can this be Immediate care.?

My husband went in for A physical and had A appt time.. I understand that they have to take patients that are in need but he sat in examining room for an hour waiting to only have the Dr come in and was done within 5 minutes lol. Total time there 90 min!

My boyfriend and I went to urgent care, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was warm and supportive, but two people especially stood out — the doctor who treated my boyfriend with such thoughtfulness and care, and Teri at the front desk, who connected with us on a deep emotional level. She kept a positive, empathetic attitude and genuinely made us feel heard and supported. Everyone gave the best advice they could given the circumstances, and we left feeling taken care of both medically and emotionally. Thank you to the whole team!

I sliced my finger open on Sunday. Went to the urgent care Sunday night. No wait. Extremely helpful. Amazing staff. I was so scared and shaking like a leaf. Doctor Rubinstein was amazing. He kept me laughing the whole time and was some how able to get two stitches in my finger while shaking uncontrollably. I went back tonight to get the stitches out and doctor Davis was amazing too. I will 100 percent go back to this place. Thank you for treating me with such care when I was so scared.
