Very helpful. Ran out of medicine on vacation and they got my info from home doctor and had medicine overnight! No extra charges! Excellent.
Beautiful experience. The staff were friendly and didn’t comment on my son ripping costumers eyes out! I was given my prescription medicine within seconds. They also had little goodies like chockies and gadgets.
From the moment that I walked in, I knew that I was in the presence of professional, friendly, and caring people. If you are fed up with being a number at the box store pharmacies, head on over to City pharmacy where you are a face with a name. Anna and everyone there will treat you like a friend and not just a customer.
I called today, to ensure that they got my prescription in. And then perceive to ask the lady if they did, she said yes I did and then replied with OK is it ready? She then said yes it is, I said OK thank you, she said click and hung up. This isn’t the first time I’ve had rude customer service when I call up there.
#1 pharmacy ever. Megan and all the other pharmacist are great. They have all kind of hand made items and brand no one else has.
