Nice facility, homey with windows that actually crank open. Highly recommend especially for those in close proximity, it was so much easier to visit my loved one when I was only a 1/2 mile away!

Over the past 25 years my husband and I have used a number of different nursing homes for respite care for our adult son who is significantly disabled, both physically and cognitively. While no facility is perfect, or "just like home", our experience with City Park has been the best so far. We find the staff to be very professional, warm and caring. Especially this past March, his room was very nice, clean and comfortable. We have had friends and family visit him unannounced and they have reported to us that they also feel City Park exceeded in care over previous facilities. The nursing staff seemed very open to our care suggestions, and the admissions staff was easy to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend City Park.

I recently attended an open house event at City Park and was thoroughly impressed. The staff had such good energy and were incredibly welcoming. I had an opportunity to interact with some of the residents and they were friendly and seemed genuinely happy. It was clear to me that the new management team is working diligently to make the facility a beautiful and comfortable place for everyone. Highly recommend!

No place is like home but the Activities and Rehab facilities in this place are Amazing!!!! It makes leaving your loved ones in a place that’s not your home so much better! THANKYOU!

City Park HealthCare and Rehabilitation Center, is an amazing place to work. Our team has built a very strong foundation to support our residents and staff. As we strive to provide the best care possible to all of our residents. We are located near City Park and the Botanical Gardens which is great for outings that we provide to our residents. Please come and tour our facility, we are open 7 days a week.
