City of Memphis Employee Clinic

I have always had excellent service at the CoM Clinic. Pleasant staff team , positive attitude and follow through to address my needs. I can say, even the Security Guard has been super kind and helpful. We are fortunate to have services provided to us and must be ready to foster the same behavior we expect to receive!

Worst clinic ever! I had a fever of 101 and they didn't provide any medical care. Instead told me they were going to call me to medicate me over the phone because I had COVID like symptoms. They never called me!!! Thanks God my husband gave me a Tylenol and took me to urgent care on time at another clinic. I worked for the City and I thought they were going to take care of me, but I am absolutely disgusted with their professionalism.

Went here because it would be a few days before I could get an appointment with my PCP. Nurse practitioner was at lunch upon my arrival. Came back an over an hour later and he/she was still not there. This location is not conveniently located for the majority of city employees. There should satellite locations around the city or just contract with BMG around the city (Bartlett/Cordova) for city employees to be seen without a copay.

Been to this location twice. Both visits were less than 30 minutes and were very good. The staff are nice and knowledgeable. I know their hands are tied concerning the level of care but I'm am pleased.

The old overweight black guard in the parking lot is hostile and rude - but then it's Memphis so to be expected.
