City Line Dental

Unfortunately I can't give a high rating. I had numerous disappointing experiences here in the last year. Especially with a receptionist I'm sure was mentioned in other reviews on here. She is rude condescending and she does think she owns the place! I am sick of her attitude when I call the office to address an issue I'm having or to ask to speak with Dr Mike! She gives me excuses every time I ask! I recently called with an abscess on my gum. I asked if I can get in there as soon as possible she gives me an appointment 9 days later! I said to her this is not acceptable you need to talk to Dr Mike and tell him what's going on so I can at least go on an antibiotic for this. I will get back in touch with you tomorrow to touch base about this. I called the next day it was told in antibiotic

My family and I have been long-time patients at City Line Dental. Over the years, we’ve appreciated the excellent care from the hygienists and Dr. Furia, who is both skilled and personable. However, I’m very disappointed to say that our experience with the front desk—specifically one receptionist—has led us to seek dental care elsewhere. Unfortunately, this individual has consistently displayed rude, condescending behavior and treats patients as if she owns the practice. On our most recent visit, I was scheduled for back-to-back cleanings for myself and my daughter, as we usually do. We arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment time written on the card provided by the office. Dr. Mike has now been my dentist for years. He is a terrific dentist with a great personality. The office is neat and clean and the staff is well trained, very professional, and over the top friendly! They use state of the art technology to keep you and your teeth in tip-top shape. Highly recommended!!!!

I have nothing but praise for city line dental, they took me same day, called me when a cancellation occurred, everybody there was so kind and lovely and the dentist did an amazing job. Praise to the secretaries, the nurses and the dentist themselves. I highly recommend this location
