City Heights Pediatrics Pc

My first time coming to this pediatric and it was a nice experience, the front desk girls were very professional and lovely. My waiting time was about 15mins. I had the male pediatrician and he was beyond what I was expecting, very professional and very friendly with my daughter.

Dr. Cenon and Dr. McDonnough have been my twins' pediatricians from the time they were preemies to ages 18. I can't recommend these physicians highly enough.I am very grateful for the excellence of the care they gave to both. They are skilled and compassionate doctors who also are very generous with their time. The third physician who joined the practice is also very good.

The staff is very nice, professional and helpful with any information or question you may have. Pediatrician is so sweet and patient and the wait is minimal

If i could give O stars i would I came with my 3 years old that is very sick while I'm 8 months pregnant about to give birth for a visit to the doctor I've been coming to this office for more than a year so they know us the assistant that work there ask for a 20$ copay unfortunately i only had my credit card so in a very rude way she said it's only cash we don't accept your card So i asked her politely to just take us while we are already there and tomorrow morning first hour I'm coming to pay it ... The very rude assistant said no 20$ no visit that is the policy. I said please i took Uber I'm very pregnant you guys know us for years we always paid i can't take Uber go home and come back for a 20$ and she didn't care and was giving me attitude like a was a homeless asking for a free meal

Here is my awful experience with them. Today I called the pediatrics to consult because I am about to give birth and I just don’t know what preparation I need to do before bring baby to see the doctor.Since I have to compare other pediatrics places with this one so I asked for three doctor names of this place. The lady picked up the call was very unprofessional, she won’t give out the name and complained to ppl next to her while taking my call saying“ she doesn’t even have baby yet but wants to know doctors name” ????? Of course as a responsible mother I need to Google and research the pediatricians first before making decisions for my kid !!! What makes these people have such an ego and these doctors names are secret to know!?
