This was the most disorganized medical office I have ever encountered. I received multiple phone calls urging me to schedule an appointment, yet the staff could not clearly explain what the appointment was for. I declined twice, but the calls continued. When I finally scheduled the appointment to resolve the matter, I arrived only to have the doctor tell me the visit was unnecessary and that she was unsure why it had been scheduled. This was a complete waste of my time — especially on my only day off this week — due to poor communication and scheduling errors by the office staff. I hope the practice improves its internal coordination so other patients do not experience the same frustration.

I had an appointment at 3:15 PM at FA Heights Family Health Center. I arrived on time, but the check-in line took about 8 minutes. Then I waited another 20 minutes before they finally called my name—only to tell me I was late. I explained the situation, including the delay at check-in, but instead of understanding, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and told me to leave and reschedule. They clearly don’t value patients’ time. People take time off work, rearrange their day, and make sacrifices to see a doctor—yet here, time seems meaningless to the staff. No empathy, no accountability, just an uncaring attitude. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
