City Drug

You would think as a patient who brings a lot of business with them. We’re talking 7-9 prescriptions a month. Nope. The called one day to have my blood pressure medication filled, they told me it was already picked up. It wasn’t. Then when I came in the next month they asked me not to have my prescriptions sent here anymore. I get the stigma around controlled substances. But to treat a patient that way feels demoralizing and wrong.

They called my mother crazy when she was asking for help, that is so disrespectful you call yourself good people, yet you treat your customers bad. Calling her a “crazy lady” when she asked you a question yet you’re getting paid to do your job not to insult people. She doesn’t speak english so as the worker it is your job to try and help not be disrespectful. You’re a grown adult, yet you don’t know how to respect people. That girl with the pink sweater was rude to me too. She gave me a bad vibe. When I’ve gone before the workers have been kind, but what happened now? Please hire better people. I hope these horrible people get fired. Do you really want them treating other customers like this?

I called to see if they take my insurance, and they hung up on me. I won't be going there -- ever. zero stars.

The customer service is incredible and everyone is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely recommended this pharmacy. Appreciate the service....Thank you☺️

Great experience at City Drugs. Ms. Icis was friendly, quick, and professional. She handled my pick-up efficiently and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be returning!
