City Dental Center

On Saturday, November 15th, I needed a dentist to repair a filling. No dentist was available, so I called the number listed on my dental card. The dental group on the outgoing message had listed a number for the on-call doctor. I cslled and a man answered, but he was extremely rude and stated he could not help me, insisting he was not the dentist on call. I explained that his number was provided as the on-call contact, and asked if he could refer me elsewhere. He refused, adding that he was out of town until Monday. This experience was both unprofessional and frustrating. If a practice designates an on-call dentist, that individual should be prepared to assist patients or at least provide a referral. Instead, I was left without help in a situation requiring care. I am not a patient here,

I bring my whole family. All 4 of my kids, and soon my 5th will be coming. I personally come here as well and cannot complain. I love everyone in the office and it just feels at home there. I HIGHLY recommend City Dental in Gilroy!

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with this dental clinic. Despite having a scheduled appointment for deep cleaning, I arrived to find the clinic closed. This lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating and inconvenient. I hope the clinic improves their scheduling and communication processes in the future to avoid similar situations for other patients.

OMG!! If I could give 100 stars I would. Every single staff member is beyond nice and really makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Nader is amazing and very nice. On top of that my teeth are so beautiful and really gave me the best care. I highly recommend him for your dentist. I got crowns done and they look perfect. He also is very thorough in his work. I got so many x-rays done and then the day I came in for my permanent crowns he tried them on multiple times and fixed any little issue or detail and then took more x-rays to make sure they are good and then he put them in after fixing anything that was needed to make them perfect. I couldn’t be happier. Also as someone with medi-cal it was a far better price than other dentist that don’t take medi-cal. I really recommend this dentist office an

Doctor Nader is absolutely amazing. I went to two doctors beforehand and they refused to treat my case as it was too challenging. He was able to handle it confidently and with ease. I did not feel afraid at any point due to his calm demeanor and the way he walked me through the process. Office staff was friendly and I refer all friends here. I will definitely be a lifelong patient of this office. No more pain, gd bless.
