The office staff works very well together to provide excellent service and care. Both chiropractors have provided me with outstanding treatment. The acupuncture care is also excellent. The office coordinator is always helpful in understanding my needs, my scheduling concerns and works hard to get me what I need. I am a long-term patient and will continue to be so. Dr. Miesmer has provided excellent care for decades. City Center Chiropractic's staff is professional, friendly and full service. The office manager provides superior follow-through, especially on rescheduling challenges -- she'll go out of her way to make sure I see one of the care providers, especially when I have an urgent need.

I have received chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture from City Center Chiropractic. The practitioners are evidence-based and can be holistic as well. Dr. Julie Miesmer is open and welcoming and is honest about what she can and cannot do for you - and encourages self-care and exercises. I have recommended Dr. Julie to a number of friends and family; most of them still see her as needed. My husband sees her as well, and he receives much-needed chiropractic and physical therapy assistance for over a decade now.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Meismer as needed for at least 10 years, with sometimes years between visits. She is knowledgeable, highly competent, and effective. My current insurance has limited coverage so I pay out of pocket and her rates are also extremely reasonable. I’m grateful to know she’s there for me when my back is out of sorts.

I received acupuncture at city center chiropractic back in 4/2013...at least that is what my bill that I received in the mail with statement date 9/8/2016. This is ridiculous. I have new insurance, new bank accounts, etc. now this will be a chore to look into. I do remember them having a "billing" problem back when I was receiving services and my acupuncturist assuring me that she would clear things up. I can't even fully remember the conversation. Keep your receipts! Updated post: since posting this I received a call and an email letting me know that they would not be collecting any additional payments from me for services and asked that I removed and/or update my review. I have since updated my review from a one star to a three star.
