I have recently visited city med numerous times I can't tell you from experience. The customer service you get at the front desk is absolutely amazing. All the staff are very customer centric and are eager to help everyone that comes through in a timely fashion. I had the most distinct pleasure of interacting with Jasmine. Not only was she knowledgeable and attentive. She also remembered my name in the checkout quite impressive. But I have to also say in general, the whole front Desk staff are absolutely amazing. I recommend the experience for anybody to go there. No matter what your medical needs are.

I had a great experience with Damine during my recent visit for a hearing and pulmonary function test. She was professional, patient, and took the time to clearly explain each step of the process. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire appointment. Her calm and encouraging approach made it easier for me to give my best effort during the tests. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive she was. Highly recommend her for anyone needing a similar evaluation.
