I’ve been going to COLAH since 1997 and have only the highest praise for the wonderful level of care all of my fur babies have received - even when my cats aren’t the best of patients! Dr.Palma and her amazing staff are always upfront and honest about everything. They treat their patients like they are their own fur family. Huge thanks to Lisa, Melissa, Brenda, and Sylvia (Simba and Nikko too) for their kindness and support over the years. Here’s to the next 28!

They take such good care of our sweet Lucy! They are always available to see Lucy right away. Dr. Ellis is so kind and informative, she explains everything to set our minds at ease! Lisa, V. is literally a dog whisperer! She handles our 80 pound Lucy with such care! I can't thank them enough!!

Dr Palma, Lisa , Jocelyn & Kasey did the impossible with my Millie girl. First my cat Nora was relaxed and happy coming in. They made her feel like she was home and relaxed all while doing an annual exam. Now Millie, my rescue girl had a rough start to life. She is handicapped from injuries and abuse and has been struggling to enjoy Vet visits and get a basic nail trim. We’ve been trying for 2 years and this crew, this time, was filling her with joy and excitement and (distraction) …she finally did it. It sounds silly to some but a loved pet that is fearful of people touching her coming around and being so loved and accepting of love really tells the story of this facility. Can we give 10stars?

My Gigi (a six-year-old Silky Terrier) was a pandemic pup and came with several health challenges early on (bladder and stomach issues that made an already stressful time even harder). It was incredibly difficult to find a veterinary practice that truly cared until we found Circle of Life. From the beginning, it felt like we had finally found where we belonged. Dr. Palma treats Gigi the way a family member with her level of expertise would: thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely invested in her health and longevity. I never feel rushed or dismissed, and I always leave appointments feeling confident that Gigi’s care is being handled with intention and heart. The staff is just as exceptional. The person who helped me was Lisa, she was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, she was so kind, patient, and welcoming. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all of my pet’s care, which really helped ease my worries. You can truly tell she cares about both the animals and their owners. Her compassion and professionalism made such a stressful situation so much better. I’m incredibly thankful for her help she’s a true asset to the hospital thank you so so much Lisa!
