Circle Health Urgent Care – Westford

Came in with cough and sore throat. They were very thorough and efficient. I was in an out in less than an hour. Very friendly as well. Would highly recommend to anyone needing to be seen after hours.

They don't even deserve one star. I went for a simple x-ray with a lab order for it and I sat for an hour as those who came after me were treated and taken in before me. And this isn't the first time either. I've gone before and each time I go in need of an x-ray this happens. I've once sat 3 hours for an x-ray and in the end I got sick from those around me. Save your time and do not come here.

I had a simple question regarding insurance and was put through to a woman named Gina at first that ended up transferring me to the front desk. After 10 minutes of nothing, I called again and was put through to her once again. My question was in regards to whether or not my insurance would cover an urgent care visit to which she suggested I come in and ask. I live about 20 minutes away from this location and did not want to drive there only to be told that it was not. She claimed they were extremely busy to which I asked why a single yes or no question could not be answered. Gina proceeded to put me on a short hold and after getting an answer, told me it is covered to which I thanked her but she hung up on me before I could say anything else. What an unpleasant experience with this clinic

I ve been here twice andvthey have been fantastic both times. They are fast efficient and smart. I wont hesitate to return.

The worst urgent care I have been in ever. I went with my son for an X-ray on his ankle after waiting almost an hour I checked with the front desk people about when it will be our time to have the X-ray. The front disk people said there is no time schedule for the X-ray. Also, the priority “in the exams” is for the urgent care patients not for the Doctor’s referrals exams. At the end after waiting about 90 minutes I had to leave with my son to another urgent care. The front desk people are incredibly unprofessional. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
