Unsanitary! Arrived on time to my appointment and had to wait 40 minutes to be let in. When I got to the exam room there was a dead cockroach in the corner of the room! I pointed it out to the PA - she didn’t say anything. She left the room and couple of minutes later another girl came in with broom and a dustpan to remove it. Everyone seemed to so irritated with me pointing it out. I said “sorry” since I felt so awkward. She literally rolled her eyes on me and left. The PA came back in and I asked to be moved to another room since I didn’t feel this room was sanitary. She accused me of waiting the appointment time. She said we only one have 15 minutes and that she’s “trying to help” me but we don’t have time so “let’s get things going”. I told her I am suffering a hair loss and she said “

I had a very good first-time office visit. Initially, I was disappointed to learn that Dr. Hoffman wasn’t available. However, the front office staff and the PAs, Dennis and Megan, were professional, thorough, and friendly. The check-up went smoothly, and I felt comfortable.

I found Dr Hoffman to be very unprofessional when I saw her some years back... Disrespectful and incompetent.

This was my first time visiting this practice. The staff members were friendly. It was busy but I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Hoffman was thorough and informative.
