I love this Doctors office. I cannot express how wonderful they are...from the Front Desk to the Doctors..everyone is wonderful. I'm reading the comments and a lot of people are angry for the wait. I've never been to a Dentist office where you did not have to wait. It's a Doctors office. You have to be patient as with any Doctors office. They get you in and they are very professional and kind. I've been going here for over 6 years now and never had a problem they could not fix. I don't understand the reviews because it's a good Dentist office. I've been to the best and the worst in my lifetime. This is a good office.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this location. I arrived around 11:30 AM and was added to the list for service. However, I noticed that people who came in after me—particularly those who seemed to be personally known by the staff—were being prioritized ahead of me. When I inquired around 12 PM, I was told rather aggressively that it was their lunch break. I remained patient and waited until 1 PM, but even after that, I was still not seen while others who arrived later continued to be taken in. What made the situation worse is that the area manager was present but did nothing to address the issue. When I finally expressed my frustration after waiting from 11:30 AM to 1 PM, the staff reacted with visible hostility before finally taking me in. I was sent for X-rays, mov

Sitting in the office currently being told he’s coming …. He’s coming while No one is coming appointment at 1:00pm, taken back like 1:08 sitting in office in the back currently at 1:48 …. Then he comes in with a bad attitude, being rude and they have no follow up appointments to do anything no fillings no cleaning no extractions. Literally calling on them in the morning bc if you have no follow up appointments you shouldn’t be taken new patients unless it’s a center out to just charge ppl insurance instead of treating them.

I caee business number. The lady says please hold you sit on hold for 20 minutes. You walk into the office. She is hanging out on her phone not busy not anything. Horrible customer service place has went downhill over the past few years definitely would recommend looking elsewhere for a dentist

Unfortunately only affordable to low income folks WITH Medicaid, without Medicaid they charge about the same as anywhere else :( I'm in desperate need of fillings but can't begin to afford them
