Cincinnati Vision Group - Eastgate

I enjoy the only women work place. Girl power! I don't know how y'all do it but your staff are always top notch. I've been using Eastgate Vision Group for about 20 years with no complaints. Only praise. They tell me what to expect before every test. Much appreciated.

Arrived a few minutes early, the staff was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to speak with. The wait for my appointment was short and they got me back soon after my scheduled time. The doctor had a great chairside manner, had wonderful conversations, and was efficient. At no time did I feel rushed or ignored. Plus, being open on Sundays is such a wonderful option/service.

Amazing caring staff, Answered all my questions and curiosity's Talked me thru each step and helped me identify all changes and health in my vision. 10/10 only thing I would improve is be careful during eye exam I had to cover the area around my head to stop monitor glare on my exam. Lastly some thing I would personally add. at the end discuss the changes in vision from last visit so you can have a clear understanding but over all still 10/10 nothing to take a star off just 2 observations.

Nicest staff and the Doctor. Very polite, punctual and actually lookout for the patient. Very easy to book an appointment and to find an opening. They also have the latest technology which I appreciated. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
