Dr Grau and everyone in his office were great. They all were very knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful with billing and insurance questions. Dr Grau was amazing when extracting my back tooth. I had absolutely no pain or real discomfort and was done in less than a half hour. I think it takes longer and more discomfort when getting a cavity filled. I highly recommend Dr Grau and his practice. Keep doing what you are doing!

Dr. Spencer and team did an excellent job throughout. Mine was a long process (extraction/implant) and foremost in process was ensuring success and comfort throughout. Everyone on team was pleasant and efficient. Definitely would trust your family's oral, dental needs to Dr. Spencer.

I was repeatedly assured by the office staff that this practice was covered by my insurance, as long as the provider’s name appeared on the list. I spoke to multiple people at the office and was given the same answer every time — “if it’s listed, then it’s covered.” My insurance company also told me that the office is responsible for updating their provider list, and advised me to call the office to confirm coverage. Not a single person at the practice actually checked or verified this for me. I ultimately paid in full out of pocket for my son’s procedure, but he never received the scheduled sedation. I was told by staff that the cost for sedation would be refunded directly back to my card. I waited and followed up, but after multiple calls and missed deadlines, the explanation changed to

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Schiller was great before and after my procedure, and his nurse and hygienist were great too!
