Cincinnati GI - Norwood

Best GI I have ever seen and I have a long list. Truly CARES, LISTENS, and goes out of her way to help you. Very thorough and knows her stuff! I’ve been sick for 2 years and I feel like after seeing her, I finally have a game plan with how to start feeling like myself again! 10/10 I have nothing but good things to say about Kristy and Cincinnati GI as a whole.

A week ago, I scheduled an appointment for my dad. I spoke with a woman whose name I can't even remember—unfortunately, that's the least of my concerns. Before finalizing the appointment, I explicitly asked if my dad needed a referral from his primary care doctor. She assured me, with complete confidence, that he didn’t need one, just his ID and insurance card. So my dad took the time to take a day off from work, excited for his appointment, only to arrive and find out the doctor wasn’t even there. No one had the courtesy to inform us beforehand. No call. No message. Nothing. This is beyond frustrating. My dad wasted a day, and they couldn't even notify us of the doctor's absence, showing an utter lack of professionalism. Christy was brilliant, caring and thorough. She really helped me and I felt that she cared and genuinely wanted to do everything that she could to help me.

Dr. Dominic Lam is outstanding in his patient care and prescribed the first medication that truly works for my primary digestive issues, including intolerable abdominal pain. His staff at the GI Group in Norwood is also excellent. I would recommend Dr. Lam for anyone with gastrointestinal issue(s).

Great visit and easy for me as I'm disabled. Kind staff and easy to find it was a wonderful experience i even signed up for the colonoscopy. Best time ever......
