Experience was not great. they ordered unnecessary procedures and did not get the proper prior approval from insurance and therefore there were not covered. they admitted that their staff did not do what they were supposed to in a timely manner and we still had to pay the full uncovered unnecessary procedures. would not recommend. The procedures were done over 4 separate appointments so you would think someone would have given us a heads up. No one did and nothing was removed from our bill. we will not be back

Cincinatti Dental Services (Ewing, florence location) is and has been great for me! Ive had no issues. Everyone has been so welcoming. Dori at the front desk is so friendly as well as Summer and Dr. Chang.

The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was at ease throughout the visit. The office was clean, modern, and well organized. I highly recommend Cincinnati Dental Services to anyone looking for quality dental care in the Florence area.

I have called the Florence office multiple times and left messages. They have called me back twice, with the promise of calling me back again. This phone tag seems like a game for them. They have yet to call me back and this has been going on for almost 2 months now! This is definitely NOT the place to call if you need anything done!

My hygienist is the best. She’s been a blessing. I love their text message reminder services. It allows me to keep track of my entire families appointments.
