Terrible experience. They can't keep their appointments or keep them straight. Traveled with my kids for an appointment they canceled as we walked. Traveled nearly 300 miles, took kids out of school, took off work, rented a car all for nothing. They tried to blame it on me that i messed up, but i have the text confirmation for this day and time from yesterday. I have no calls that i missed or answered from them and no voicemail. No the kids have an unexcused absense and im in the hole how much ever all this cost. It's unacceptable and meanwhile we've waited a year to see this clinic and my child still needs to see someone. I guess they couldn't care less. I'd highly recommend going somewhere else unless you enjoy being jerked around.

We owe them for saving our sons life. They were able to give him back his childhood. He’s now able to eat again. Dr Putnam was able to get our son on a medication a yr before anyone else ever could’ve. The entire clinical team is the best of the best.

After having a not so great experience with Vanderbilt GI, Dr Bolton put our minds at ease. He listened to all our concerns and seems to truly care about his patients. Super thankful for his insight. He made us feel comfortable with the plan of care for our daughter.

the doctor is super professional and great! But the nurse who is working in the front desk is an absolutely racist！
