Cincinnati Children's Green Township

This location is significantly more expensive than Clifton. We were charged a $650 urgent care fee, compared to our last visit at Clifton where the fee was only $375.

It’s sad when you leave a 10 month old baby sitting in a room for over an hour. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor. We were the third people there and got checked in within 10 minutes. The nurses were great. Then after the nurse came in and told us the doctor would be there shortly we waited in that room for an hour. No one came to check on us or give us an update. When we left I just happened to notice that all the cars that were there before us were gone. And even some that got there after us. Will never be coming back

Professionalism and being timely is no where to be found here at the green township campus. Got here at 850am for an appointment at 915. It is past 10am and haven't even been acknowledged, after checking in early. They have taken 7 patients back that came in after we arrived even one that was late for their appointment by 20 minutes. Some communication and acknowledgement would be best for this business. Sitting in front of a wall waiting for your turn with no one getting you is absurd to me!

Of course there is going to be a bit of a wait, but the doctors and nurses are always really sweet and love kids (which they should if they are in pediatrics). Our nurse was checking my son's dinosaur's heart rate too and made him smile. Our doctor took one look at my son, immediately knew what he needed and we were able to get to our pharmacy immediately afterwards. He's already feeling a lot better!

This is our primary choice for urgent care for our children. We've been several times over the years and have always been completely satisfied with the service, knowledge, and care of the staff. Sometimes the wait can be longer than desired, but it is an urgent care, not a doctors office.
