Cincinnati Children's Eastgate

I love all the staff my son has seen so far!! Every one has been amazing and understanding with his needs even people who have walked by has been so nice staff always waves and smiles my son loves to say hello and they say hello back!! Thats a big one for me not a lot of people will say hello to him even they ladies at the desk have been so kind Im so glad this place opened up. And I love the setup!

Absolutely do not go here. 1. They take online apts before walk-ins. You can make an online apt 12 hours in advance. So if your child actually needs care urgently, you will have to wait for parents who have chosen to book 12 hours in advance instead of going to their pediatrician 2. There is only 1 doctor working. 3. There is a 4-hour wait on average.

I've never been more disgusted in my life. Its really sad that this brand new Childrens Hospital Urgent Care turned away our 5 month old daughter. Our baby girl had gotten something in her eye and we couldnt get it out so we decided we would take her to the new Children's Hospital thats 5 minutes from us. We wanted to take her there because her Dr's are Childrens hospital Dr's and we trust them. So anyways we walk in with our daughter and go up to reception and dont get 1 word out before the lady looked at us and said we're capped for the day not seeing anymore patients. We said our 5 month old baby just has something in her eye and the lady said it doesn't matter we're full. We looked at each other like what the heck is going on because this is an urgent care for children that need help a

Don’t recommend. Took my son here for a sore throat after my son had been screaming in pain. The nurse was so rude and the doctor was basically just making stuff up. Tried to say my son had hand foot and mouth disease but I insisted on a strep test,which the doctor got pissy about. they said it was negative then when I explained to the doctor that my son had zero symptoms of hand foot and mouth he tried to backtrack and say he never said that it was hand foot and mouth , was stumbling all over his words. The nurse gave my son ibuprofen and tried to pinch his nose to make him swallow it. All around terrible experience and I won’t be back. I feel like they just give random diagnosis to get you out.

I took my daughter here last night and the staff was absolutely wonderful with her! They listen to me, didn’t judge me and was over all just wonderful. The facility is also really clean and well maintained.
