We have been bringing our pets to this office for a couple of years, and the front desk staff—especially Bunny—has always been kind. Unfortunately, a recent situation has made us decide to move our care elsewhere. Our dog has struggled with chronic UTIs since birth, and we have worked with this office for nearly two years to try and find the cause. At the vet’s recommendation, we saw a specialist, who suggested an extended 8-week course of antibiotics due to the specific bacteria involved. The vet here agreed, and prescribed what was supposed to be enough medication for the full 8 weeks. We were also told to drop off a urine sample at the end of the course. When the medication ran out, I brought in the urine sample and told the front desk we had just finished the 8 weeks. Several days la
