He is wonderful however office staff not so much. My mother was in RIH and he diagnosed her with Parkinson’s and put her on the right medication regimen which made a huge difference. She went from nonambulatory to now walking independently after acute rehab and medication changes. He requested to keep her as a patient outpatient to us and it’s also written on the discharge summary however office is given an extremely hard time making an appointment. All the records are on the portal. It’s extremely frustrating. It shouldn’t be this difficult when the patient and family are already going through enough with a new dx such as Parkinson’s. There has to be better organization and communication.

Highly professional and educated. He is extremely sociable and puts you at ease. I feel blessed having him as my husbands neurologist. Alzheimer’s is scary and knowing we have Chung-Kuo Wu as his neurologist eases my anxiety.
