Poor Customer Service and Lack of Medical Attention at Chrysalis Center Recently, I had an extremely negative experience with the customer service at Chrysalis Center. I tried to reach them by phone to get urgent medical assistance for my mother, but the whole experience was frustrating and discouraging from the start. Firstly, it was nearly impossible to speak to a human at Chrysalis Center as no one answered the phone for over an hour. Instead, I had to deal with an automated machine that provided no solutions. After finally managing to speak with an operator, my hope of receiving help quickly faded away. The operator refused to transfer me to a doctor, claiming it wasn't possible. Aisha is nice, But needs to find a better environment to work at. The customer service for patients here in general is atrocious. This place is the pits! If you can’t make an appointment, expect to wait six weeks for another one even if you have to get medication urgently. Appointment times at least used to be fast, but now with Dr. Paulette this has gone downhill too! She schedules appointments at 15 minute intervals, but it takes her 45 minutes minimum to see each client. I feel bad saying this because she is a nice person, but this needs to change! Plus, there is no other option as she is the only doctor accepting adults apparently. Expect to wait 2 hours or more from the time of your scheduled appointment.

This center used a lot of valuable time and four appointments just for intake for an adolescent without doing a proper Psych Evaluation nor providing a counseling session. I don't know how many billable hours that is but I bet you my insurance carrier paid out over a thousand dollars. For What? NO COUNSELING. It's outfits like this that enable at-risk youth to fall through the cracks and who knows? Commit violent acts at schools? Chrysalis sucks, I'll work my ass off to pay out of pocket. This place is a sham.

Pleaseee don't waste your time even scheduling an appointment. I've been calling back and forth for the past 3 days in order for these people just to verify the insurance. The specialist/representative "Jocelyn Barraza" i spoke to is clearly aggravated i keep calling back and offers absolutely no update to simply schedule my appointment. These people don't want any business and I bet their not even worth this headache. Find another facility!!!

I was waiting for a call from this company, and they called me. However, they dropped the call as soon as I answer... why? ...and they called again and did the same.... and after I dropped it myself, they left a voicemail, like they can't reach me, and asked me to call back. When I call back, they just told they do not have my kid in DB, and nobody called me... WHY???
