CHRISTUS St. Vincent Pharmacy

Definitely better than Walgreens or CVS or any of those. They can be kind of frustrating because there’s no app to use unless you are a patient at the hospital. Their hours are completely overlapped by most peoples’ work hours. Twice now I’ve called in after my doctors appointment and was told to come in after lunch that day and then when I get in there, I’m told not till Thursday. The conflicting information is a waste of my time.

I live an hour away but I fill my scripts here because the staff are professional, courteous, and (most of all) competent. They fill when they say they will, they are proactive in reaching out to doctors regarding issues with scripts, and they are communicative when there are delays. I highly recommend this pharmacy regardless of where you are in New Mexico.

Great staff. Just moved here from out of state and the folks here took such good care of me. From housekeeping, to specalities, cans and nurses. Made my 5 day stay comfortable and noninvasive as possible. Grateful to the folks who took care of me on the 2nd floor

By far the best pharmacy in town. Quick, efficient, compassionate care.

Understaffed, waited in huge line only to find out “the prescription was already picked up” - by who? No answer. Came with 76 year old mobility impaired patient being discharged. They told us the medication was picked up and were unhelpful in figuring out what to do. They were quote “backed up really badly.” They were unwilling to help. We came to pick up medication because that’s what the nurse said during discharge, only to find out it is not here and they have no answers for us.
