CHRISTUS Spohn Radiology

I had an ER visit at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi where my injuries required X-rays. I had no choice in the radiology group used to interpret the images. Based on the bills I later received, the company was Radiology Partners Corpus Christi, a division of Singleton Associates. Their billing practices are completely unacceptable. The statements I received were confusing and made it nearly impossible to understand what was actually being billed. When I called Radiology Partners to question the accuracy of the bill, I was told to disregard it because it would be sent back for reprocessing and correction. I have never dealt with a more disorganized medical entity - the right hand not only doesn't know what the left is doing, but they're confused by what the left is doing. I work at a doctors office and ordered an X-Ray for a patient in Corpus. Not only did they X-Ray the WRONG BODY PART, but they refuse to send us the report of what they did do, stating they need a release from us. WE ORDERED IT. We don't need a release. You get bounced around a call chain of people who claims their department doesn't handle whatever it is that you need, even though you were transferred to them for it. So disorganized, so utterly stupid.
