Made an appointment because my ear started hurting on Friday went in on Monday PA looked in my ear and said it is not inflamed and you do not have wax in your ear, I stated that I have pain and her reply was sorry there’s nothing I can do for you. So I asked her if she would refer me to a ENT and she said I can give you a card but the person that does our referral is out sick. I asked her you only have one person in the office that does referral’s. I chose this office about 6-8 years ago and would see my primary doctor Chris West but it has been at least 4 yrs since I have seen him. Every time I go I see a different PA I asked yesterday if Dr. West still works there since I never see him.needless to say I’m definitely looking for a new doctor.
