Dr. Dileo is wonderful his staff is not. I have been a patient of his many years and have had many extractions done. I have been willing to put up with his rude staff because I really liked him. But...when calling to get an emergency appointment for my daughter who had an infected wisdom tooth..the receptionist was very rude and very unsympathetic. They had no appointments for an EMERGENCY...for 2 months !! When asking questions and trying to understand more about the situation she was very unhelpful and very condescending.
