After several months of me $$$ saying something wasnt right to her, treated me like i would actually lie about my vision, literally telling me i wasnt seeing double and keep trying the progressive and mutltifocal torics it will get better etc etc. i had to get a second opinion. After many tests and dilation, this woman literally missed cataracts. Her and her team all made me feel stupid bc to them there was no way i was seeing what i was seeing, i was the one being ridiculous.

Dr Norred is horrible! She rushed me through, flipping lenses and rolling her eyes because I couldn't focus fast enough. She dilated my eyes before all of it so she wouldn't have to do the exam and then dilate and have to come back in so I was completely discombobulated. I am a private insurance patient but she made me feel like I was using some awful government insurance at its worst! Then... the result of this nightmare was, she wrote my RX completely wrong! I got my glasses and was sitting on arms of chairs and driving to the left of the center line because she had the axis at 175 rather than 002, not to mention other wrong numbers! Bottom line, DONT USE HER!
