I arrived a little early, as requested, had checked in online so that was no issue, and sat down. It was maybe 30 seconds and I was called in by Christelle, the aide, got the measurements done. Within two minutes Christine, the PA, came in. Since this was our first meeting, we got acquainted. She had already seen and reviewed my history. We talked a bit and discussed my materials supplier. She said she would send them a new prescription since she would be my new medical professional and two days later I got notification that the prescription was sent. I was leaving about the time my appointment was to start. Very professional, courteous and prepared. An excellent provider. Both ladies deserve a pay raise.

The doctor tried to explain my sleep study results, but since they sent the test results during the video visit, I didn’t have a chance to review or research them beforehand. So I couldn’t ask many questions — I just tried to understand what they were saying.

She took the time to listen, and understood that in my story she could see hear about my condition

Christine is always very caring and helpful with my needs.

I saw Dr. Carter today and she listened to me and helped me tremendously. I give her my strongest recommendation.
