I’m writing this to share a deeply concerning experience my uncle and I had with the office manager at this medical practice. My uncle, who speaks limited English, visited the office and kindly asked the manager, who is Korean, for assistance with completing the registration form. Rather than offering any support or showing basic courtesy, she responded with a visibly annoyed expression and refused to help. I later called the office on his behalf to clarify some follow-up questions, only to be met with an unprofessional and hostile tone. The manager raised her voice, stated that the information had already been provided, and curtly told me that the patient should call himself next time. Christina was not only able to help me resolve my pilonidal cyst quickly, but also provided a level of comfort and reassurance for someone who doesn't have a high pain tolerance. While the procedure still hurt, she provided positive reinforcements every step of the way. Wait time was very minimal. Thank you Christina!

I went to Dr Seo because I had a minor problem that needed a small surgery. but after the surgery, my stitches broke, I was in excruciating pain and my minor problem had turned into a NIGHTMARE! What was more painful is to see her response. He was laughing and talking so casually as if nothing happened. I was going through the worst days of my life and there was no empathy from her. Since she messed up my case, I had to 3 more surgeries in past 2 years. My family, my career, my life went on a toss. And I would have still let that disappointment go if she would have showed some empathy. I hope and pray that nobody goes through such a pain and that's why I decided to write this review.

Dr. Seo is an amazing doctor. I had a few issues and Dr. Seo was able to take care of everything for me. She was professional but very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you Dr. Seo!!
