We spoke about my problem areas and then she got started. She applied the "perfect" amount of pressure. I was in a relaxed state from the moment she began. Before I knew it, it was over. 60 minutes seemed to go by in an instant. I realized a few hours later that it was easier to stand straight and my lower back had zero aches.
