I was very pleased even before my first appointment. Lisa handled my appointment and she was so pleasant and took her time in answering all my questions. I arrived for my appointment and was seen in less than 5 minutes. . My cleaning with Thelma was painless and very professional. She is a lovely person and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. I can't say how pleased I was with the entire staff.😊

Honestly, I wasn’t impressed with my first visit. I’ll go back and finish what was started though. I feel communication was very poor, across the board actually. I was never told that the first visit was intake and that the cleaning wouldn’t be scheduled for another month. 90 minutes seems like an exceptionally long time for X-rays and the Dr to spend no more than 5 minutes discussing what was needed. The hygienist seemed confused with the computer system so a lot of time was lost to that. I was told I needed a filling, which is fine, but the why and what was not explained well enough for me to know what’s going on. Took my mother here to fix her dentures. From the ladies at the front desk to the nurse which walked her back. Very professional. Had a walk in pop in as I was sitting and waiting and they listen met her needs and told her we will get you in, just be a few minutes. I see why people are loyal to this place.

Where do I start? 1. Lisa was amazing in setting up my appointment and going over payment options. They really offer a very transparent approach to costs while at the same time caring about you and your health. 2. The dental hygienist-Thelma was out of this world! In all the years that I have been going to the dentist (and I’m turning 52) she has got to be the most skilled. I had not been to the Dentist in 3 years due to moving around and life… she gave me a deep cleaning and I was numb and didn’t really feel much and it wasn’t the numb where half your face feels like pins and needles, it was a very nice numb… In fact, the pain I did feel kind of felt good because she was scraping all the gunk off my teeth. From someone who can experience severe dental anxiety, I found everyone at Christie Dental to be more than accommodating towards my concerns. The dentist was so incredibly kind and patient with me, from a root canal I put off for too long, to just general cleaning and checkups, I found them to be professional and compassionate. I'm glad to have found a dentist I enjoy going to.
