I never write reviews but I had an awful experience at this location. I went to get a flu test because I was sick and had many symptoms that were similar to the flu. Because I am also pregnant, I wanted to make sure that I didn't have the flu due to the increased risks associated with the flu and pregnancy. The medical assistant that checked in me was great and did the flu test for me. It takes 10 minutes to process and the PA came to examine me and then said he would be back once the test was done processing. During that time, I looked at my test and saw what looked like a very faint line next to Flu A. The PA came in when there was over a minute left, looked at the test and told me it was negative. I told him that I thought I could see a faint line but he just told me that he knows where

Today I came in for injury and I had a great experience while getting the care I needed. I want to thank Farhana, Gloria W., Stamina P., and Lakesha J. Not only are they proficient with their skills; their personalities are amazing. They made me feel seen and heard while giving me excellent care so l can heal properly. If i ever have go to an urgent care again I'll make sure its this one. Thank you all for caring for me.

I took my son on Christmas Day due to severe pain and infection of a tooth at 3:40 pm. I asked them to send the prescription to a Walgreens pharmacy I knew was open until 5pm near my house. They insured on sending it to the Bear Walgreens because they knew they were open 24 hours. When I got there at 4:15 they were closed. They had closed at 4pm. I immediately returned to urgent care for a new script oand had to waif for the doctor. Now it's too late for me to get the pharmacy that was open until 5 before it closed. They agreed to send a new script to my pharmacy so I could pick up first thing in the morning. It's 10:00 and I still don't have the meds. I will never go to this urgent care again if my life depended on it. Update. I called them and they Beverly sent the script to my pharmac

The front desk receptionist was very efficient to sign me in so I saw the PA very quickly. The PA was very patient and nice. She addressed all my issues and prescribed medication for me which really helped. I will definitely come again when necessary in the days to come.

Staff was wonderful; they greeted me with smiles, was thorough and the NP was excellent. She reviewed my symptoms with me, clarified any questions I had and helped me understand what was going on with me. I was also psyched that she was a woman of color in an advanced medical position. NPs are brilliant! I've had a few and my niece is studying to be one.
